Nonostante lo sciopero, l'associazione degli autori americani (Writers Guild of America) ha svelato ieri le nominations della 60esima edizione dei Writers Guild Awards, i premi annuali assegnati alle migliori sceneggiature di film, televisione e radio. I vincitori saranno annunciati il prossimo 9 febbraio simultaneamente al Bonaventure Hotel di Los Angeles e all' Hudson Theatre del Broadway Millennium Hotel a New York City.
Da segnalare il grande successo della tv via cavo HBO che si porta casa moltissime candidature, dalle due per la migliore sceneggiatura di serie drama (I Soprano e The Wire) alle tre per la commedia (Curb your enthusiasm, Entourage, Flight of the conchords)!
